Salt & Light is committed to establishing a tuition-free school accessible to the public, aimed at providing the highest standards of excellence in education. This school will cater to students from kindergarten through 12th grade and will be dedicated to serving the community with a Christ-centered approach to learning.

Phase I
Inaugurate a Christ-centered K-12 school, comprising 11 rooms within our current church premises by September 2024.

The proposed renovations will accommodate over 150 students.
We will mobilize the church towards a common goal, leveraging our collective efforts to impact our community with the Gospel of Jesus. We refuse to remain silent concerning the mission field within our midst.
Phase II
In Phase 2, our focus shifts to securing our current building and land while remaining debt-free. We plan to convert the barn into a 24-room schoolhouse. This will expand our reach to more than 400 students.
This expansion will necessitate additional funding, teachers, and staff.
Drawing from our experience, we will refine our policies and procedures to optimize the learning environment.
Phase III
Our ambition is to construct a standalone school facility capable of accommodating 1000 students, reflecting our unwavering commitment to providing high-quality, Christ-centered education.
This modern campus will feature 75 classrooms, a spacious gymnasium, an auditorium for gatherings and performances, a greenhouse for hands-on learning, and specialized shop rooms.
Crucially, this expansion will be achieved without incurring debt, and our committment to tuition-free education will remain steadfast.
Phase IV
In Phase IV, our vision extends beyond the boundaries of our local community to inspire the broader church. We aim to demonstrate through our example that the gates of hell cannot prevail against a unified body of believers committed to Christ-centered education.
Our goal is to catalyze a movement of tuition-free Christ-centered schools across the nation, with the ambitious aim of reaching our 50 million American students. By educating our children in the principles of Christ, we believe we can effect profound change, reshaping the fabric of society from the grassroots up.
Through our collective efforts and steadfast commitment to the headship of Christ, we aspire to cultivate a generation of individuals equipped with the knowledge, values, and conviction to lead with integrity, compassion and the Gospel. Together, we will rise to the challenge and usher in a new era of hope, unity, and transformation.
