When will teachers be hired?
This is a multi-layered process. There is a plan of action in place. Teaching the Principle Approach to education is Biblical. Will parents be welcome in the day to day of the school?
As a mission arm of Salt & Light FPA will rely heavily on parental involvement. Understanding not all parents will be available all the time. A plan will be implemented with a schedule for parents from being in the classroom, to lunch/recess, tutoring, teacher aides, etc.

An email will be sent in the next few months to those who filled out the survey with a call for help developing this schedule and process.
